Reverend Jeff Dilyard joined the pastoral staff at Pleasant Hill in July 2022 and was ordained by the church in January of 2024. After Christ saved him, the Lord began moving Jeff toward pastoral ministry, eventually leading him to study at Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies (2021) and a Master of Divinity (2023). Jeff and his wife, Rebecca, are grateful for the opportunity to serve for God’s glory, by God’s grace, and with God’s people.

Reverend Mark Barrios came to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in March 2006 as part time Music Pastor, becoming full time in January 2007. He has a Bachelor of Music Education from Capital University and a Master of Arts in Sacred Music from Pensacola Christian College. He has served in ministry since 1980. Pastor Mark was ordained at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in June 2010. He and his wife, Michelle, reside in Wooster. Married children and spouses include: Josh & Chelsea Northey, Stephen & Anna Weis, Rick & Rebekah Thompson, Patrick & Hannah Jo Barrios, Tim & Michaela Shalala, Drew & Holland Barrios and Jesse & Karina Barrios.

Dwight Strickland joined the staff at PHBC in 2019. Following his years of education and training at Cedarville College and Grace Theological Seminary, he enjoyed over 35 years of pastoring and ministering to God’s people in three different churches. Developing life-long friendships is a joy that God has provided through the ministry of His Word, in sharing their faith in Jesus Christ, discipling, counseling, and fellowship. God has gifted him with a wonderful family that consists of his wife, Cindy, and their three children. Their son, Ben, and his wife, Rachael, along with their children (Leona, James & Tyler) live in Fayetteville, N.C. Daughter, Alissa, and her husband, Dan, along with their children (Owen & Mollie) live in Marshallville, Ohio. Their youngest, Ethan, and his wife, Samantha, along with their children (Kylie & Rory) live in Akron, Ohio.
Noah Hagner joined PHBC in 2026, having studied at Cedarville University, and is currently finishing his Maters of Divinity with a focus on Biblical Counseling. He grew up in a sister OARBC church from Mount Vernon and spent his early years of ministry among youth, serving many summers and weekends at Skyview Ranch, where he met his wife, Alison. Both have a heart for seeing youth come to know Christ and grow into maturity after His likeness. They reside in Orrville, OH, and love getting to spend time with family, both Christ's and their own.
